The hullshape and compartment information typically is defined within a stability software. The information however is required in multiple design aspects and for this purpose the hullshape and compartments are enriched with additional data. This means however dat with each design change in hull and compartments, the additional data need to be maintained.
We have devised a solution where the design of hullshape and compartments is managed in our solution and then is integrated in the stability software, and thus elimitate the ever recurring task of integrating the new shape and compartments into the other aspects.
Furthermore Steelstructure and piping are modeled in our solution as these are defined, estimated and engineered in our solution.
Models for pumps, engines, furniture are defined in exteral CAD software, but they are stored in our product model database.
