Solutions for the complete lifecycle of the ship

Manage Design Data

In the traditional design office design information is stored everywhere with different methods.

Our solution brings order to chaos, and manages data in a version controlled manner and with ultimate insight in the maturity of the design. and reduces errors and associated costs.

Pre contract piping design

Piping constitutes a substantial 30% of the overall cost of a ship.
Traditionally In the pre contract phase the cost, length and weight are estimated with very low accuracy.

Our solution changes this. It brings the bandwidth within 5% accuracy, while also doing the most part of the engineering phase.
This solution represents an unprecedented step in speed, efficiency and accuracy.

Configuration management

A more detailed design in the pre contract phase reduces risks, but in the traditional design office, it is considered too much work to create a detailed design.

Our solution creates a very detailed design with very minimal effort.
Saving costs in the engineering phase, and reduce risks.

The result is happier customers.

Planning module
(planned feature)

A more precise delivery planning in the pre-contract phase reduces risks of paying late delivery penalties.

Our solution delivers detailed building plannings based on the more detailed design information that our solution delivers.
This is truly a gamechanger

3D Model

A 3D model is at the core of our solution. The modeling capacities are however limited to what is strictly necessary for our solution., and for us that means modeling hull shape, compartment subdivision, piping and steel structure. For models such as pumps, diesel engines etc we rely on external CAD software, but we store those models in our database.

Requirement management
(planned feature)

In the design and engineering phase the design is in constant flux, it is not always clear whether the customer requirements are still fulfilled after each design change. Our solution manages the requirements in relation to the design changes
